The NPP’s set out how private sector organisations should collect, use, keep secure and disclose personal information. The Marketing Zoo (“TMZ”) policy is set out below.

- Our organisation and how to contact us
- All information can be accessed in a reasonable manner
- Purpose for which we require any information
- The other parties we would have to disclose information to
TMZ does not disclose information to any other organisations unless required to do so by law. We do not release any information for matters such as direct marketing, and do not sell any mailing lists. TMZ ensures all information is accurate, and up to date.
All information is kept secure at all times. Electronic data, kept on our computers, is backed up regularly, and requires a personal login, with password to gain access. If any information is to be published, or released publicly, we shall gain individual permission for that purpose.
