Our Approach
The Zoo developed a program to simply and clearly highlight the fine balance that is involved with an optimally served mixed drink. ‘A Fine Balance’ that encompasses quality genuine mixer, quality glassware and preperation and best practice serving.
To maximise interest and participation, Jason Crawley, an award winning industry bartender was utilised for an online training video demonstrating how and why to use glass mini-mixers.
To make this educational program more engaging, it was activated via a national trade incentive where we partnered with Hoshizaki; creators of the best icemaker in the world. Capable of producing a perfectly square cube of ice and weighing in at a hefty $8,300 each - they made a compelling prize that absolutely nailed the niche interest of the trade.
